John M. Inguagiato joined the firm in 2023 where he focuses his practice on land use and zoning, commercial real estate transactions and financing matters. In this role, he supports the firm’s land use and transactional attorneys in connection with the development, acquisition and disposition, leasing, and financing of real estate assets.
Prior to joining DDS, John worked as an associate with a boutique law firm in Newark, NJ that specialized in providing commercial real estate services for clients nationwide. His prior experience included supporting the firm’s transactional, finance, and land use attorneys in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of a wide range of real estate assets, including industrial, office, retail, and multi-family properties.
While completing his J.D. at New York Law School, John was a member of the Center for Real Estate Studies. Additionally, he also gained valuable experience serving as Judicial Extern for New Jersey Superior Court Judges, including the Honorable Joseph S. Conte, J.S.C., (Civil Part) in Passaic County, and the Honorable Philip J. Maenza, J.S.C., (Special Civil Part) in Morris & Sussex Vicanges.
After receiving his J.D. in 2020, John served a term as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Stanley L. Bergman, Jr., J.S.C., (Civil Part) in Atlantic & Cape May Vicanges. During that time, John also earned his L.L.M. degree in Real Property Development (Robert Traurig-Greenberg Traurig) from the University of Miami School of Law.
